That's when it clicks for people, It's like 'oh this is different because I'm getting a whole new perspective from a person'.

Some people who like to talk, want to fill in the words for everyone else. They think they understand what everyone else would give in terms of feedback. But when you start empowering people to speak for themselves, you recognise the true diversity of the group.
