Seven years ago Niice launched as a “search engine with taste”. It was just a week-long side project to scratch an itch I had as a creative, but it went viral. This gave me an opportunity to have conversations with thousands of other creatives, and with every conversation I got a new perspective on the creative process, and a new idea for how Niice could help. Slowly but surely, my little side project grew into a real business.
Seven years later, Niice has evolved into a full creative review platform with customers like Disney, Nordstrom and Nike. We’re still fully bootstrapped, still based in sunny Belfast, and I still spend my days talking to passionate creatives about their workflows, finding ways to help them do their best work. I’m really proud of how far our small-but-mighty team has come, and more excited than ever about where we’re going.
